The Can Do 5K/10K benefits Northwest Special Families, an organization dedicated to helping families of children with special needs. NSF is a program of the Center for Human Services.  This year, we are pleased to announce that we are partnering with the Northshore YMCA.  Funds raised will will be used to create inclusive and adaptive programming at the Northshore YMCA, and also for the YMCA Partners in Youth Program. 

The CanDo 5K/10K and 1 Mile Walk is a race that celebrates all abilities. In its fourth year, the CanDo offers a professionally timed 5K and 10K course. The 5K Run/Walk, and the 1 Mile walk are all flat, loop courses around North Creek business park in Bothell, WA.  This is a great event for serious runners and beginners alike - find out what you Can Do!

Online Registration is now closed. You can register on Friday from 11 am - 8 pm at the Northshore YMCA. Race day registration starts 7:00 am on Saturday.
