What is the Can Do 5K?


The Can Do 5K/10K is a fundraiser for Northshore Special Families, an all volunteer program of the Center for Human Services dedicated to creating opportunities for inclusion for children with special needs and their families.  The Can Do brings the community together in the spirit of inclusion and awareness. 


Professionally chip timed, the CanDo is a well supported race suitable for experienced and novice runners, individuals, teams or families. It includes:

  1. ★    10 K Run  

  2. ★    5 K Run

  3. ★    5 K Walk

  4. ★    1 Mile Walk


Fun for all:  Team Registration, Family Registration and Kids Dashes


Prizes for 1st place overall male and female finishers as well as for top fundraisers and Team events.
