Inspire friends and colleagues to create a team!
Create your team name by being the first to register online for your team. Once you complete your registration, your Team Name will now be available for your teammates to choose from on the teams list. Team Captains should identify themselves by selecting the Team Captain box during their registration. That person will receive information about the Team Competition from our Teams Coordinator. All teams must have a Team Captain.
Have team members register for the race online, by mail, or at one of our in-person locations. Team members do not all have to do the same event (some can do the 5K run, some the 1 Mile walk). Make sure they note the team name on the registration form. Set up an optional team fundraising page and distribute it to your team members.
Show your spirit at the Can Do race by dressing up, coming up with a team cheer…be creative! Get a team photo taken before the races starts. Enjoy your events and hang out after the races for free kids dashes, awards, and the vendor fair.
In order for all team members to be recognized as part of a team, all members must be registered online by April 26, or via mail by April 10. Thereafter, you can register to participate in the race on the day of the race, but you cannot get credit for being a team member.
